• Financial & Transaction Data: Monthly maintenance bill records, payment request entries, transaction dates, receipt references, expense logs, and ledger balances. Note: Flat Care does not store sensitive banking credentials or credit/debit card numbers.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device details, login activity, and system usage logs collected for security and performance optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following legitimate business and service purposes:

• To generate and manage maintenance bills, payment collection receipts, and monthly ledgers.
• To facilitate seamless communication and transaction approvals between residents, owners, cashiers, and management committees.

• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share data with trusted cloud infrastructure, email delivery, or technical service providers who assist us in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, regulation, or government authority to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights and security.

Upon termination of service, data retention and archival procedures are conducted according to our service agreement with your apartment association.
